James has become renowned in his approach of using mind and body to improve the daily performance both mentally and physically. The ‘High-Performance Health’ wellness programme, created by James and supported by a team of practitioners is engineered to ensure physical and mental wellbeing is achieved through mindset, movement, recovery and nutrition within the corporate sector.

James personally hosts wellbeing talks and workshops for a variety of leadership teams and has curated one-on-one fitness training for company owners and CEOs for many of the UK’s biggest operators. He has developed a strong network of health and wellness practitioners to support bespoke projects to support the client, which are designed to empower and support the staff to lead a high-performance lifestyle.
